4. Account Security and Responsibilities

• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9.
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities.

Upon closure, we will return any genuine funds held in your Account (excluding bonus funds and winnings from fraudulent activity) after deducting any amounts owed to us. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at our sole discretion.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You must deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Rp 200,000,000 per week for standard accounts. VIP players may have higher limits.
• Processing time: 1-24 hours for verified accounts during business days (Monday-Friday). Requests submitted on weekends are processed the following business day.
• Fees: top4wd does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a Rp 25,000 processing fee.
• Verification requirement: Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If this is not feasible, we may request additional verification documents. All withdrawal requests undergo security review, which may delay processing if we identify unusual betting patterns or potential fraud indicators.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to require higher turnover multiples if we suspect funds are being used for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
